What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini yoga is called the yoga of awareness and is very effective in cultivating presence in your life. This practice uses movement sequences, sound vibration (yes, be prepared to use sound!), breath and meditation to relax and heal your body and mind, allowing your true spirit to flow.
