Tai Chi Chuan & Chi Kung

‘Inspiration is that state in which mind & heart are connected.’

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient eastern body, mind, spirit martial discipline based on the principle of internal power and structured by Taoist, Confucist and Zen thought. Chi Kung is Tai Chi Chuan’s predecessor and complimentary practice. Chi Kung can literally be translated as ‘energy work’. Through dynamic technique, sensory perception, breath, mudras and meditation Chi Kung cleanses and balances our subtle energy chakric and meridian system, and cultivates and directs that vital energy in the body. Both arts are a restorative for mind and spirit and support the health of all the body’s physical systems.
