Arija has always had a passion for cooking. She started in the kitchen working next to her grandmother, and has since then evolved into a foodie who loves natural food, and whole foods cooking that heals the body. She has shown people time and time again that eating healthy is easy, fun, and delicious. She studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied over 100 different dietary theories, from some of the world class leaders in health and wellness & nutrition. From her studies she has gained a wealth of knowledge of foods that help to heal the body, and how to incorporate them into your life so you can have a healthy body & mind.
Arija believes that to live a life full of joy, peace, and vitality one must bring all the areas of ones life into harmony, & alignment.
She trained as a Ballroom dance instructor and is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she is currently attaining her Yoga Teacher training with Karma teachers in Toronto. She incorporates all her professional training as well as life experience into her work. Working on bringing awareness and connection to the mind body and soul.
