Join us as we celebrate the return of the light on the Winter Solstice.
This is the time of year to leave despair behind and find light in the heart of darkness. We will listen to the solstice story, share songs, and illuminate the room. Friends, family, and children are welcome.

Join Renata Mola of Sol Naturopathic and Jodie Cara Lindley of EarthSky Journeysfor an evening of drumming and meditation with the intention of exploring the mind-body connection. We also seek to honour the upcoming Winter Solstice, a time to journey into the stillness and bring light and peace to your body, your soul, and your mind.
When: Saturday December 19th from 4 to 6pm
Where: LucSculpture is a beautiful art studio near Greenwood station on the Danforth.
Fee: $20 (cash accepted)

Please bring a yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on), comfortable clothing. If it feels right to you, you may also bring an intention for your meditation. Perhaps there is an area of your body that is asking for your attention. Our intention is to help you connect more deeply.
Jodie Cara Lindley is a Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Astrologer and Shamanic Healer, offering her healing work in both the Toronto and Aurora areas.
Dr. Renata Mola is a naturopathic doctor and homeopath with a passion for bringing greater awareness to the healing process. Her clinical work focuses on mental health. Her private practice,Sol Naturopathic is located at Broadview and Danforth.
