Prana Yoga is based on traditional Hatha Yoga techniques, including vinyasa flow yoga, focused attention on the breath in each posture, core conditioning through dynamic yoga postures, Pranayama breathing and Meditation. This yoga class encompasses the breadth of yoga teachings and is excellent for all levels. Your instructor, Donna Poulidis, founder of Prana Fitness, has been teaching yoga classes in the beaches and Danforth neighbourhoods for over 3 years.
