12 feet wide by 28 in two connected rooms the studio and a kitchen, sink and washroom
It has:
-A private entrance with an exterior patio and storage
-It own washroom and shower
-A double sink
-Bright natural light in the afternoon (west exposure)
-Bright ceiling lights
-Can fit an art class of 4 to 8 students (depending of the set up needed)
-Can be privately rented as a painting studio or an artist in residence
-You can enjoy LucSculpture art community
-2 minutes from Greenwood Subway station (TTC)
