Rooted in classic, home cooking, this 8 week course is designed to cover the basics of cooking: covering muffins, biscuits and pastry to roasting, making stock soups and stews. The goal is to arm students with enough knowledge and skill to explore their own tastes and passion in the kitchen. Students are asked to bring containers each class so they can take their work home with them. Please note: Items cooked will not be gluten free, vegan or vegetarian.
