Winter session: Thursdays, Feb.27, March 5, 12 And 11, 2020, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Summer session: Thursdays, June 4, 11, 18 and 25, 2020, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Fall Session: Thursday, November 5, 12, 19, and 26, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Instructor: Theodore Tsaousidis

This four-week course is based on the new mind-body sciences and the work of John Kabat Zinn who specializes in using mindfulness meditation to empower individuals in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.
We will learn the ancient techniques of sitting meditation, walking and movement meditation, and other mindfulness practices which we can then incorporate into modern daily living — allowing us to live a more skilful and joyful life.

Theodore Tsaousidis Bio:

Theodore has been a student of Buddhism for the past three decades and continues to study under traditional teachers in Zen and in Tibetan healing teachings. 

Theodore teaches and facilitates workshops/retreats in mindfulness and in healing traditional practices. His work is offering everyday tools to help with life’s inevitable valleys. These valleys will invariable include the struggles of emotional and physical pain, the darkness of despair and the longing for healing.
