Just in time for the holidays! An opportunity to create a unique set of cards, gift tags and bookmarks to use or share.
Heat embossing is a process dating back to the early 1900’s to simulate the look of engraved greeting cards. Embossing powder is dusted over stamped wet ink and then heated, leaving a raised printed image. The effect is both elegant and beautiful.
Bio: Beth Fanjoy and Paulina Golborne run workshops in the Toronto area, often combining creativity with meditation and yoga. Past workshops include watercolour explorations and mandala-making.
Beth works in a range of medium including oil, watercolour and acrylic. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor.
Paulina is an artist who has been working with heat embossing and card making for several years. She has also worked with in a variety of mediums including photography, ceramics, jewelry-making, and watercolour.
