Techniques:  The kids will approach and explore the world of cartoons, illustration, and story telling via story board

Abstract: Introduce children to my Earth poster where you can only see trees, mountains, land and water. The students will draw today’s world and analyze the problems humans have with the way they live. Words like “Eco foot print” and CO2 emissions will be introduced and relate to the objects and buildings on Earth.

Outcome
•Know about the importance of clean air, water and soil in order to survive on Earth.
•Know what is of real value is other than money.
•Understand what the ECO FOOTPRINT is and what role the children will play in reducing it.
•Kids will understand where these emissions come from, and how they contribute to it.
•Kids will understand what it means to REDUCE, RENEW, RECYCLE

Kids will learn that every action they do from eating, cleaning, driving, buying, playing video games, etc… has an impact on this planet and that they can help decrease this impact by knowing how to conserve and reserve energy and resources.

Biography
Born in Trenton, Ontario, in 1978.  Raised in Germany.
I have lived in Toronto since October 2008.
As a child he loved to play with wire, clay, action figures and computer games (since ATARI 2600). He collected buttons and trash from all over and built Marionettes and Hand Puppets. Computer games inspired him to draw, and led me to Animation.

Iven finished his education as a Multimedia Designer in Germany/ Stuttgart at Macromedia. In 2004 he opened up his own business with Animation, Illustration and Photography.
He is an Ethical Artist because putting his focus and dedication in Pollution control, Animal rights, Human rights

Goals as an artist:
Iven wants to obtain a B.F.A. in Animation and submit my own animated films to the National Film board, because it is great to teach through arts. With more years of experience he wants to teach small classes in film and animation. He will  focus on environmental issues of today and submit his movies to the world of education and bring them out as apps for smart phones.
