When was the last time you forget everything in your head and just draw?
Whether you have had that moment or not in the past, experience that magical moment by you being in a creative space!
In this drawing class, you will be learning the basics of drawing using a variety of materials such as pencil, charcoal, and ink/pen and drawing on different subjects to expand your pantry. You will also learn how to use the colours to create some highlights and finishing touches on the drawings. Any skill levels are welcomed to join this course!

The class is limited to 10 participants. Drop-in is at $40 + HST per session.

Faez Alidoosti Bio:
Faez is an animation 2D artist with more than 10 years of experience in North American animation industry working as, Animator, Designer, and Storyboard Artist. Faez has received his Master in animation from the University of Art, Tehran in 2002 and right after he started teaching Cartooning and Animation at University of Art and Iran House of Cartoon.
Faez also got his Cartooning Certificate from George Brown College in 2017. Many of his cartoons have been exhibited around the world through international cartoon festivals, and he has won some prizes from cartoon contests in Europe, Asia, and South America.
At the present time he is working on kids animated shows and commercial animated and motion graphic videos as Animator, designer, and creator beside all above, he loves to draw and paint as a hobby.
Sharlena Wood Bio:
There is no doubt, working at Currys Art Store/Art School, Wallack’s Art Store, and Tri-Art Acrylics, taught me the importance of teaching to empower artists with product knowledge in a safe and fun atmosphere, where one feels liberated to try new things. Currently, I am a working artist, known for my enthusiasm, art material/mixed-media expertise and support in the arts community. My love of nature and collaboration primarily drive my desire to share….and then I’m pretty much just a big, colourful kid in a candy store inviting you to fall in love with all the magical art materials, the infinite combinations and joy of simply creating together! www.SharlenaWood.com
