Intuitive Art Workshops
Saturdays, Sept. 14th, Nov. 9th (2019) and Jan. 11th, Feb. 8th, Apr. 4th, and June 6th (2020), 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Instructor: Natasha Sudenis
Unleash your creativity! This ain’t no paint night! Here we WANT to paint outside of the lines and create something uniquely our own.
In this workshop, Art Therapist Natasha Sudenis will help you let go of expectations and over-thinking. Intuitive painting is about grabbing the brush and tuning into the wisdom of your body and senses to allow for something new to emerge. Through this process we can learn to quiet down the inner critic and practice self-compassion, presence, and connection to self and others.
Natasha will lead you through creative and mindful warmups to awaken your senses and then you be guided into some personal art-making time. We will then use the arts (written word, movement, music, painting etc) to witness and process your work in a safe and relaxed environment.
Fee: $80 (includes supplies & tools) + HST
