Watercolour is a favourite medium for many landscape artist because of its quick response that artists can express through what they see and feel.
In landscape painting, the atmosphere is the most important element of the painting, thus in this workshop, you will learn to choose the subject, watercolour technique such as capturing the light, choosing the colours to create the atmosphere and emotion in the finished landscape painting.

Momin Khan Bio:
Momin is a Toronto based visual artist who work in watercolor and acrylic paintings. He finds the beauty in everyday subjects and his artworks portray something that is familier to everyone. His work has been selected twice in Annual Juried Show and displayed at Latcham Art Centre, Stouffville Ontario. His watercolor portraiture painting (Children of Desert) was under finalist winners, in IWS Globe Online competition.
His works have been exhibited in shows and galleries around the world, and he has participated in Watercolor convention in Italy in 2015 and 2016.
He has taught watercolor at Richmond Hill School of Art, and now teaching at LucSculpture Art School. His inspiration comes from his scketch book which he always carries and constantly sketching in.
